Kim Hyun Joong of SS501 recently discharged from military ,held his first fan meeting ‘2017 Kim Hyun Joong Fan Meeting Anemone‘ on April 29th. It was his Fanmeeting the fans most awaited for 4 years since his long dragging controversies.
In the Fanmeet he stated, “I’ve unreasonably held a fan meeting. I felt that if I didn’t take this chance, it would be a long time until I see you. Though I’m very apologetic, it turns out I’m holding this event.” He continued, “Four years can be seen as a short yet long time. I plan to go on a Japan tour in June.”
Also members Heo Young Saeng and Kim Kyu Jong attended the fanmeeting to show their support for Kim Hyun Joong.
During the fanmeet, he thank them for their support, “Kyu Jong and Young Saeng came today, and I’m very grateful.” He also asked his fans to greet them, but it turned out they’d already left by then. To which he joked “Did you two come just to put it on Instagram.”XD

The controversial issue of Kim Hyun Joong and his ex-girlfriend Ms. Choi is like fire beneath ashes. It’s not over yet.
On February 26th they had their first plea date in their paternity lawsuit at the Seoul Family Court. At the trial, both parties were in a conflict about the issue about their child’s custody and support.
Hyun Joong’s lawyer claimed that the artist wants to raise the child as it was proven (DNA 99.9% match) that the child is indeed Hyun Joong’s son. Also stated that Ms. Choi has no legal right to sue him, but if she decides to file for custody, Hyun Joong will do the same.
According to the judge’s statement, the jury is currently in discussion with regard to the brought up issues, and the matter is indeed something both parties can negotiate between each other.
